What’s the MOQ? We accept low MOQ for trail or sample order. Normally our MOQ is above 500 pcs.
Do you offer free sample? Sure. We do offer free sample and the sample cost will be refunded when you place the bulk order.
What’s the sample lead time? Normally 3-5 business days by air express shipping. If you want your own design, normally take 7-15 days.
What’s the production lead time? Normally 15-30 days for MOQ above 500 pcs. And our factory’s capacity is great, we can ensure fast delivery.
How many kind of colors are available? We match colors with Pantone color system. So provide us with your Pantone code, we will make the color come true. We can also recommend popular colors.
What’s the payment term? Payment term: 30% TT deposit and 70% before shipping. L/C at sight is also acceptable.
What’s information is needed for custom your own design? Material,item style, item volume and size, Pantone color code, picture of your logo. JPG,AI,CDR and PDF format is acceptable.
