This product is a one-component UV-curing adhesive. Its main component is modified acrylate resin. Its appearance is light yellow transparent liquid. It is stable under normal temperature and protected from light. It can be cured quickly under ultraviolet light. The product has the characteristics of convenient use, long storage period, high bonding strength, fast curing speed, low shrinkage rate, non-toxic and harmless; suitable for bonding of metal, plastic, glass, ceramics and the like.

Instructions
This product can be applied directly by spot coating and blade coating. The rubber compound should be used within the applicable period, and the rubber materials not used in the near future can be stored in the dark.
Safety Precautions
1. Because this product contains acrylic monomers and prepolymers, it may have an allergic reaction to a very small number of people, the production environment must maintain good ventilation, production personnel should take appropriate protective measures, such as wearing protective glasses;
2. This product must be tightly sealed to prevent moisture absorption and evaporation;
3. If the product is splashed on the skin, it can be washed with soap and water. If you accidentally splash into your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor.
4. When applied to adhesives, the intensity of ultraviolet (365nm) should not be lower than 30 mW/cm2.
Storage and transportation

This product is suitable for the manufacture of automated injection needles. This product can be directly poured into the glue tank. The rubber compound should be used within the applicable period, and the rubber compound that has not been used in the near future can be stored at a low temperature. The adhesive removed from the cold storage should be placed in the package for a period of time (eg 24 hours) to reach ambient temperature.
Common troubleshooting
Insufficient drawing force: check the tunnel furnace temperature is accurate; PP surface treatment is sufficient; whether the glue expires.
Eyelet plugging: Appropriately increase the curing temperature (eg from 115 ° C to 120 ° C), choose a thicker model, or a more active type of needle glue.
The viscosity is too large: a special diluent (1-5%) can be added to the tank. Do not add the thinner directly to the bucket or use a more dilute model.
Glue Crystallization: Crystallization is a physical change produced by low temperature storage. It can be baked at 40-50 ° C for 2-4 hours.
