Pneumatic diaphragm pum
1. Pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of conveying machinery, and it is currently the most novel type of pump in China. The compressed air of the air compressor is used as the power source, and all kinds of corrosive liquids, liquids with particles, high viscosity, volatile, flammable and highly toxic liquids can be exhausted.
Pneumatic diaphragm pump caliber selection: divided into ￠ 10mm (3/8 "), ￠ 15mm (1/2"), ￠ 25mm (1 "), ￠ 40mm (1 1/2"), ￠ 50mm (2"), ￠ 65mm (2 1/2 "), ￠ 80mm (3"), ￠ 100mm (4 ").
2. Material selection of pneumatic diaphragm pump body: divided into aluminum alloy, cast iron, and stainless steel (201 304, 316L), engineering plastic, fluid-lined fluorine.
3. Material selection of pneumatic diaphragm pump diaphragm: Polyether elastomer rubber, nitrile rubber, neoprene rubber, EPDM rubber, fluororubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, imported diaphragm, respectively. To meet the needs of different users. Since the pump was put into production, it has been adopted by more than one thousand domestic petroleum, chemical, electronics,ceramics, textile, paint, pharmaceutical machinery system units. It is installed on special occasions and used to pump various media that cannot be pumped by conventional pumps.

A5:According to the international standards, pump in standard operation is 12 month( except wearable parts & seal ). For wearable parts & seal, we provide replace able one of cost price.

A6:Yes, our pump compliant with ISO / ASME/ANSI standard.
