2.What is the Custom Mold Timeline for Molded Fiber Products?

• New Product Design: 3-5 Business Days
• Sample Mold: 2 weeks
• Production Mold: 4 weeks

3.Sample Policy 

        1)We can product  your need sample without one week ,about the shipping time around 5-6days in                         DHL,Fedex or UPS.

        2)Sample Lead Time: 2 or 3 working days for factory samples; 5 or 6 working days for color samples                       (customized design) after artwork approval.
Sample Set-up Fee: 
        1).It's free for all for a regular customer 
        2).for new customers, sample we can give 90% discount .

Orders

What is the Lead Time for Products?

        30 days from order placement. However, we often finish production for some products within 2 weeks. The           order lead time will be dependent on the items you order and their respective volume. We will confirm the             order completion date within 1-2 days of order placement. You may also contact us before you place an               order to receive a general estimate.

Is It Possible to Mix Different Products on the same Shipping Container?

          You may mix as many products as you want on the same shipping container. Please note, you must meet             the MOQs per item

Yes, we encourage and welcome you to visit our factories. We will arrange transportation to and from the airport, as well as reserve rooms for you at a local hotel. Please contact a Sales Consultant to schedule your visit.
