The main purpose of aerated aluminum powder for aerated concrete is to produce aluminum powder, silica and quicklime in the production process.
Learn to react and release gas to form porous structure inside the produced concrete block. In the process of batching in the production of aerated concrete block, the aerated concrete is added into the mixing tank of aluminum powder slurry, and then it is put into the measuring scale of aluminum powder slurry after full mixing, and finally it is put into the pouring mixer together with raw materials such as quicklime, gypsum, fly ash, etc. the aluminum powder in the aluminum powder slurry can react with alkaline substances to release hydrogen and generate bubbles, so as to make the aerated concrete mix. The aggregate slurry expands to form a porous structure. So the weight of the aerated concrete block is 500-700kg / m3, which is only 1 / 4-1 / 5 of clay brick and 1 / 5 of ordinary concrete. It is the lighter one of concrete. Compared with ordinary brick concrete structure, the self weight of the building is reduced by more than 40%.
