Introduction

The battery pack uses 800 18650-2.5ah cells, 20S40P to form 72v100ah battery system, which includes BMS module, fuse, relay, diverter and other accessories. BMS has the function of system self diagnosis. After the system is powered on, BMS detects the voltage, temperature, communication and other components. At the same time, according to the battery characteristics, it judges and alarms the battery faults such as over voltage, under voltage, over current, over temperature, low SOC and consistency.

Storage:

When the battery pack is not in use for a short time, it is required to keep more than 60% SOC and store it in a dry, clean and well ventilated warehouse at 5 ℃ ~ 45 ℃. Charge and discharge test and battery condition monitoring shall be conducted at least once a month, including total voltage, cell voltage, temperature, pressure difference, temperature difference, insulation resistance value, SOC, etc.; if any problem is found, you shall inform after-sales maintenance personnel in time for troubleshooting.

In the process of battery packaging, it is required to handle the battery gently to prevent throwing, rolling and impact;

Do not put it upside down or lying down in the storage state; do not expose the battery pack to the sun, rain or water for a long time;

In the process of vehicle operation, daily maintenance and inspection must be carried out in strict accordance with the use requirements;

Ensure that the battery system is far away from inflammable and explosive materials and high temperature environment in operation or storage state;

It is forbidden to force operation under the battery pack short circuit, overcharge and high temperature alarm conditions;

It is strictly prohibited for the customer to dismantle the battery pack without permission;
