1. Galvalume Steel Sheet: Good In Rust-proof
Relitop metal roofing sheets are mainly made of galvalume sheets, or called aluminum zinc coated steel sheets -- generally known as excellent elements of rust-resistant. The galvalume layer content is 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon. A galvalume sheet has been tested to have a 6 times longer last than a galvanized sheet, with 30 years of service life free of rust and break.
2. Natural Stone Granules: Natural Beauty And Protect The Roof
The medium aluminized galvanized steel sheet is hot-dip made of 55% aluminum,43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon. Relitop roof tiles are coated with natural stone chips crashed from basalt particles. 1000ºC high-temperature sintering makes the color adhere well to the basalt instead of using cheap dyed sand, free of fade color even under 50 years of UV irradiation.The sand coating on the galvalume sheet, not only adds natural beauty to the roof but also a hard layer of protection from the weather.We tested boiling it in 120℃ boiling water over 2 hours, the sand does not change color.
3. Acrylic Resin Glue: double protection for the sands.
Relitop chooses top-quality cold and heat-resistant, extremely stable acrylic resin glue, using automatic spraying technology makes the glue uniform on the galvalume sheets, avoiding the traditional glue pouring method that makes the glue lump on the steel plate, and the surface uneven. Stick the sand firmly and evenly on the board.Both Surface transparent glue and bottom glue, provide double protection for the top and bottom of the sand coating.Free of the sands-peel off or color-fade in 50 years.
