A: We can offer the samples free of charge. Usually the freight paid by clients.

A: Certified by ISO 9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001. We carry out China National Standard GB/T 5237-2008 (advanced class, correspond to BS, AAMA, JISH).

Q4: Which powder coating colours can you do? How thick is the powder layer that covers on your aluminum profile?

A: We can do any colours as per RAL Standard Colour or your colour sample.

The normal powder coating is 60-80um thick.

Q5: What's the thickness of oxidation film? Can you make 15um?

A: Our ordinary thickness is about 10 um. We can do 15um and above.

Q6: What colour you can do for wood grain?

A: We can do according to customized colour samples you provided.

Q7: What's your MOQ?

A: Normally, our MOQ is 500KG for each item.

Q8: What is your payment terms?

A:  T/T: 30% deposit for starting production, balance paid before shippment.

      L/C: 100% L/C at sight.

Q9: What is your packaging manner?

A: Transparent PE film+PVC thermal shrink bag, EPE foam sheet, Kraft paper or Composite paper. We can also make as per customers' requirements.

Q10: How long is your lead time for production?

A: Generally we can finish production in 15-18 days after we received 30% deposit if we have ready-made moulds.

   It takes 7 days to make new moulds.
