Q1. Can I have a custom design?                                                                                                     

A1: Yes. We are specialized in making custom glass bottle. We have a very professional design team can help our client's design any kinds of glass bottle. Or please offer your own drawing. It will cost 15-20 working days to make a new mould and make a sample.

Q2. What about the lead time?                                                                                                    

A2: For new products, the lead time for sample is 20~25 working days, for batch it is ~30 working days after your deposit. It depends on the quantity.

Q3. What do you need to provide a quote?                                                                                     

A3:  Order quantity per batch / per year, detailed drawing included  below information:

a.Materials   b. Color / Finish   c. Capacity   d.Weight

(Please be noted that these are essential for our quoting. More details will be helpful for us to quote more accurate price.

Q4. Can we get your free samples?
A4: 1). For stock products, sample free but you have to pay for the express cost.
2). For new products, we would like to charge the sample cost, which will be deducted once the order is confirmed.
Please understand we send many samples each month, so we have pretty nice discounts from the DHL, FEDEX, TNT and UPS, I will offer for your confirmation before sample departing. I will take a photo before sample delivery too.

Q5. Do you have a catalog?                                                                                                     

A5: Yes, we can send you the catalog by email. 

Q6. Do you have any other related products?                                                                            

A6: Yes, we have. We supply accessories like aluminum screw caps for you. And we can make the printed cartons together. When you receive the bottles with cartons, you can re-use the cartons.

Q7. If any problem, what is the soluation for us?
A7: Please take the photoes to show all details clearly, as soon as it is the quality problem, I will replace the bad items in next order. If not quality problem, I will try best to help you.
