A1: Yes, we can offer sample for quality check. However, considering our electric scooter is a big item with great value, we have to ask customers to take care of the delivery cost and sample cost.

Q2: How long does the delivery cost?

A2: It usually take about 7-25 working days. And the actual delivery time will be depended on the order quantity.

Q3: How about the packing?

A3: Generally, we pack the scooter in carton box with thick foam board inside for protection.

Q4: How long is the warranty?

A4: Product warranty period is one year. In one year, we will provide free after-sales service, specific terms refer to the user manual.

Q5: Do you offer Custom service?

A5: Yes, color, some special parts of the scooter and also the logo can be customized while your order quantity reached the MOQ.

Q6: How about the payment?

 A6: Full Payment need to be made after order confirmed for Sample order.

For Bulk order, 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipping.
