High Performance TY Horizontal Vibrating Screen from China Mining Manufacturer

TY horizontal screens are developed in applications where there is limited headroom, such as portable plants and where there may be aminimum amount of water carry over from rinsing applications.

Built of heavy duty steel side plates with no welding to insure structual integrity, TY horizontal screens can handle awide variety of applications. Support frames are ruggedly constructed and attached to the live frame with huck fasteners, all to assure extra rigidity and uniform vibration.

TY horizontal screens are characteristic of 3eccentric shafts, elliptical screenin motion, high performance screening, and extremely accurate sizing. They are available in double or triple deck configurations in all sizes. Screens can be either outfitted with a portable chsssis or designed for stationary applications.

1. Advanced structure, maximum strength frame, heavy eccentric shaft enhances the screen stroke;
2. Its screen deck is available in single, double, triple and four decks;
3. Can use steel-plate screen cloth, steel-wire weave screen cloth, rubber plate cloth and polyurethane screen cloth;
4. The slope of screen can be chosen between 15 degree and 25 degree, the standard slope of screen is 20 degree;
5. It is easily installed on portable plant or firm foundation with easy maintenance.

Vibrating screen uses electric exciter as vibrating source, the material will be thrown around the screen, at the same time doing forward sports, in order to achieve the screening purpose. Material from the feeder evenly enters into the machine's feeding inlet, with multilayer sieves to produce various of products and unqualified products on the screen or under the screen, then discharging from the outlet respectively. It can be used in the automatic production line.
