Product Description:

1052R silicone emulsion is silicone-PU modified acrylate emulsion which produced by acrylate monomer emulsion polymerization, without organic solvents, it’s environmentally friendly waterborne adhesive. Good compatibility, high transparency of the formed film, good elastic, antiblocking, antisticking, not only can provide skin feel of the product, but also has special colloid feeling of PU and its freeze resistance, excellent water resistance; what’s more, it can improve the problem of lifting by PU grafting.

 

Typical Application:

As adhesive for various coating, printing paste, leather finishing and edge paint, architectural waterproofing, shoe lace dipped paste, PSA, etc.

 

Application Method:

Cooperate with waterborne auxiliary agent (dispersant, wetting agent, humectant, defoaming agent, etc.) to use, add coating under dispersing machine stirring, use thickener to adjust suitable viscosity.

 

Use and Restriction:

The product is untested or stated to be adaptable to edible, medical or pharmaceutical.

 

 

Storage and Validity:

Unopened store at the room temperature. The shelf-life is 6 months from the production date.
