A: We have really factory with our own stamping workshop, we supply panel, bottom, body, chimney to many factories.
Q: What's the mode of payment?
A: 30%T/T deposit and 70% T/T balance before shipment or LC at sight.
Q: What's the delivery time ?
A: First order, it's 30-45 days after receiving deposit.
Repeat order, it is 20-25 days after receiving deposit.
Q: How long is the warranty period?
A: Usually is 1 year. 1% FOC spare parts with order.
Q: How about the packing?
A: 5 layer strong exported brown carton ,wooden frame ,plastic bag ,foam.
Q: What can I do when I receive the broken products?
A: First take a photo and send to us.A same model will be provided for free once we check the broken made by manufacturing problem
