Q1: Are you factory?
A1: Yes, our factory is in Shenzhen, china. Specializing in rechargeable batteries. Lithium ion batteries, ebike batteries, power tool batteries and chargers for more than 10 years.

Q2: Do your e-bike battery come with charger?
A2: All of our e-bike batteries come with charger. We have normal charger and fast charger. If you need fast charger please contact with us.

Q3: Do your electric bike batteries come with BMS?
A3: Yes, Our batteries all with SEIKO IC BMS, with stable performance. That provides protection with short circuit,Overcharged,Overdischarge and Overcurrent.

Q4:What is your delivery date?
A4: Electric Bike Battery will be sent out within 7 days after order confirmed, shipping will cost 3-15days, it depends on quantity and which battery you need. 

Q5:How long is the battery expected to last?
The battery should have around 800-1000 cycles, about 2-3 years. Its capacity diminishes over time, when it goes down to 75%, you should replace it. The more you use the bike, the better the battery retains its capacity, since it keeps the Lithium moving.

Q6: How to maintain the battery?
A: The battery should be stored in clean, dry, ventilated, dark environment when not using. Keep it after full charge, recharge in each 3 months or 6 months.

Q7:What about after-sale service?
A7: We will offer you 1 year guarantee. If there are any problems, please inform us, we will offer you positive solutions. Besides, we also have office and warehouse in US/Germany, can give you better after-sale service.
