Vacuum drying oven is a kind of box-type drying equipment which can dry materials under the condition of negative vacuum pressure.
Principle
It uses a vacuum pump to take out air and dehumidify. It forms a vacuum state in the working room to reduce the boiling point of water and accelerate the drying speed.
Use
Widely used in the fields of biochemistry, chemical and pharmaceutical, medical and health, agricultural research, environmental protection etc.
Suitable for powder drying, baking as well as disinfecting and sterilizing of all kinds of glass containers, especially suitable for quick and efficient drying treatment for items of heat sensitivity, easy decomposition, easy oxidation and complex components.
Flammable, explosive and volatile containing materials can also be used in vacuum drying oven.
Features
1.The vacuum environment greatly reduces the boiling point of the liquid that needs to be expelled, so the vacuum dryer
can be applied to heat-sensitive substances.
