1. Q : What’s your MOQ?
A: our MOQ is 10pcs from stock design. 100pcs for custom design.
2. Q: How do you deal with rush order (within 8 days)?
A : We accept rush order, 20-50% rush fee needs to be added for worker’s overwork.
3. Q : What format of my logo artwork file you need for my custom design printing?
A : AI, EPS, PSD, PDF or CDR, High resolution JPG over 350DPI is acceptable as well.
4. Can you provide the free sample before I placed the purchase order to you?
Yes, we can provide our existing samples for fee, but you need to pay for the shipping. However, we have to take the sample fee for your custom design.
5. Is there any color difference between the real sample and pictures?
All pictures are taken from the real samples, Since the environment, computer monitor’s color difference, It might be slight color difference. We are appreciated your understanding for it.
6. Why the goods will be out of stock
We will do our best to keep all production in stock. But some hot sale will be sold in short time, So we need time to prepare them again. Also we will get rid of the stale and bring forth the fresh every season, Some style will be take out from the website also.
7. How do you arrange the shipment?
We can arrange theEXPRESS or AIR or SEAFORWARDER according to your choice.
For EXPRESS: We are working with DHL,FEDEX,TNT,UPS,EMSand so on,
For FORWARDER: We are working with MAERSK, COSCO, HANJIN, NYK, APL.YMLand so on.
8. How long can I get the goods?
For your customer design, usually it takes 8-30 days, the exact date is according to your order quantity.
If the goods in stock, we will ship them to you within 3days.
For EXPRESS:It is usually 5-8 working days after we send out the goods.
For Air FORWARDER : It is usually 6-12 working days after we send out the goods.
For Sea FORWARDER:It is usually Over 30 working day days after we send out the goods .
9. Q : Which payment terms can you accept?
A : We normally accept T/T (bank transfer), Western Union 50% deposit prior to production, balance to be paid before shipping. PS: If your order is one of the following types, you need to pay the full payment before production: Sample order/ order’s total amount less than $1000usd.
10. Q: What kind of payment you can accept?
We are accept the Bank Transfer, Paypal, West Union, Money Gram,Escow etc.
