Yuxiang Liquid Washing Homogenizing Mixer
This unit is available for manufacturing liquid products,such as detergent, shampoo, shower gel, etc. It integrates mixing, homogenizing, heating, cooling, pump discharge finished products and defoaming(optional) functions. It is the ideal equipment for liquid products in domestic and international factories.
Product Feature:
1.The wall scraping mixer adopts frequency converter to adjust the mixing speed which would make various kinds of products according to the customers’ requirements.
2.The diversifiled high speed homogenizer can powerfully mix solid liquid products and dissolve the material like AES, AESA, LSA etc, it save energy consumption and shorten the production time.
3.The pot body is welded with three layers imported stainless steel, the whole machine and pipes are mirror polished which is definitely satisfied with the GMP standard.
4.According to different processing, the main pot can be heated and cooled down, steam heating or electric heating, discharge from the bottom by the homogenizer or by a transfer pump.

30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment. And we also accept L/C.
Shipment terms:
We usually take FOB, but we can also accept EXW,CIF,CNF.
After Sales Service:
The above machine which we supply it to you, we can give you one years after sales warranty, we can also send our engineer to you factory to install this equipment and train your staff, but the Buyer should pay the round air ticket cost and arrange the hotel accommodation as well as the means for Seller’s engineer. We will send some free set of spare parts for you change it.
