A: We are manufacturer of PCBA. We can design pcba and program the pcba.

Q: What qualification does your company get?

A: Our company is running with quality system ISO:9001. We have machines for SMT, SMD, WELDING, PROCESSING, income materials INSPECTION, and finished products INSPECTION.

Q: Can you offer CE or UL certificate?

A: PCBA is a component for electrical products. CE test is for final products. Test companies like TUV, SGS don’t accept CE test only for PCBA. So we make pcba in accordance with CE or UL or other standards, and make sure the it can pass relative tests.

Q: What’s your MOQ?

A: New PCBA production needs to start with a trial order. Trial order is to help find out any problem may occur on mass production, so we have no limitation of trial order. Second order of same pcba, the MOQ is 3000pcs. After receiving our trial order, please assemble and test on full product, we can pay more attention on the points that could be defects.

Q: How Can I get a Quote?

A: We may need your sample before quotation.

If the board is designed by us, we need to know the working wattage, standard (CE, UL etc.), pcba drawing, function.

If you have a BOM list, it would be quicker.

Q: If I have no drawing, can you quote?

A: If you have no drawing, you can tell us the space for the pcba, including height, length, width. And function instruction.

Q: Why do you need full product sometimes?

A: For some functions we need full product to test so that it could be programmed correctly.
