1. What is your MOQ?

In generally, our MOQ is 3000pcs, but we accept small quantity for trial order.

2. How long is the production delivery time?

For available items, 1-10 days once order confirmed, for items not in stock or new items, about 30-45 days.

3. Can I get samples? And how long is the sample lead time?

Of course,you can get 2-3 pcs each item for free if the samples are available, but freight will be in your account.

4. Which kinds of certification would you have?

We have passed LFGB, CIQ, SGS, etc.

5. Can you do my design?

Yes, we have a strong designer team could design as per your requirements, open new mould for your sample is ok.

6. What is your payment term?

Our normal payment term is T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L, Western Union Trade Assurance, L/C at sight are also acceptable for some orders.
