1.What's the minimum quantity you can order?
A: for stock, we accept A lower moq. The moq for each style or style is 1 carton. You can mix colors for 1 carton.
B: for OEM and ODM projects, the minimum order quantity for each project or design is usually 3 boxes.

Some projects may require larger quantity. Please contact us and we will quote according to your own design

2. Are the prices on your website transaction prices?
Please send us detailed and latest quotation in accordance with your request.

3.Could you give me some samples?
Yes, please visit our website and send us pictures of the products you want.If it's available, we'll supply

it for free.But the freight should be paid by your company.If you need a sample of your own design,

we will charge the sample fee, and the freight will be borne by you

4. How to order online?
First add the item of your choice to the cart, then mark the quantity and color you need.Next, if you need,

please provide your shipping information and shipping mark.We will check the price and freight for you.

Then we will send you a PI online, and you can pay for it. We will ship out the goods in stock within 3-5 days.

5. How do I pay?
We accept ali secure payment, bank transfer and western union, paypal.

6. About delivery:
A: we can quote you an inclusive price for the minimum order quantity.Product cost and delivery fee to

     your company.
B: for bulk production orders, if you have a freight forwarder in China, we can quote you FOB price by

    air or sea.Otherwise, we can find a freight forwarder for you.

7. About OEM/ODM orders, art direction?
Acceptable file format:.Ai /.Acceptable file format :.psd /.acceptable file format :.cdr

8. Delivery date for stock order?
Usually within 3-7 working days after receipt of payment.

9. Delivery date for bulk production order?
It depends on the quantity and complexity of your order, usually 10 cases 3-5 days, a 20GP container

30-40 days.We'll do everything possible to speed up the delivery.
