1.Cleaning parts
Combined cleaning machine
Include vibration scree, destoner, wheat scouring which can remove large impurities such as wheat straw,stone.also can remove the dust attached on the wheat, sediment embedded in the abdominal sulcus of wheat.Thus to get the clean wheat.
2.Wheat Washing Parts
We can use wheat washing machine or wheat dampening machine to make the wheat wet and cleaning , and then enter the dampening storage bin waiting for next processing.
For larger capacity, we still suggest use wheat washing machine
3.Wheat Hair removing
In wheat flour production line, we also need remove the wheat hair to improve the taste of the wheat flour.
In our new design we use iron roller machine to make it, The effect is much better than other machine.
4.The key of making Wheat flour---Roller mill milling wheat
To get more white wheat flour, we need grind the wheat skin and wheat kernel separately.so we put two row roller mills, one side is for grind wheat skin, another is for grinding wheat kernel, Once we can't get flour from the wheat skin after screened by plansifter ,we will discharge that parts which we call it wheat bran . Another products is what we want---White wheat flour.
5. Final wheat flour packing
The automatic packing machine can pack 5kg 10kg,25kg and 50kg according to your wheat flour market, which include packing and sewing parts.
