Q1: Is the sample free or chargeable?

A1: Free on first sample for each pattern, offering & sending the sample parcel by customers’ express account no. Or charging the samples fee & express cost together by seller’s account.

Q2: How to get a sample?

A2: Sample order is acceptable. Please contact with us and make sure what sample do you need. Generally, it will take 1~5 days for preparing your sample basing on if the stock is available..

Q3: How about the payment clause? 

A3: We accept 30%T/T in advance, the 70% balance before the delivery.

     L/C, Alibaba, PayPal are also available.

Q4: What about the leading time?

A4: In general, the leading time is about 5~35 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us because different products and different quantity will have different leading time.   

Q5: What value-added services HENGCHIEH provide?

A5: Certifications and drawings for product are available upon request. Cusome parts are welcome, we have professional R&D team to support such needs, and in order to shorten the process, we can use 3D printer to make prototype for you.

Q7:Any MOQ on HENGCHIEH products?

A7: No, but we appreciated you to reach 100 pcs for each model.
