1. What about the normal lead time?
If we have the goods in stock, delivery time is 1-3 days after receiving full payment.
If there is none in stock, it’s around 15-35 days after receiving the deposit.
2.What is your payment term?
For goods with a value of less than 3000USD or from stock,
the full payment shall be paid before shipment;
For goods with a value of more than 3000USD,
30-50% TT in advance, the balance before shipping.
3. Which shipping method I can choose for my Trade Assurance order?
Currently Express/ Sea freight (to door or to port)/ Air freight (to door or to port)/ Land freight/ Postal are supported by Trade Assurance order. We will recommend the most suitable transportation method according to your order quantity and the urgency of the goods.
4.When will I receive my order?
It depends on the shipping method you choose. . If the shipment was sent by express, you could track the shipment on 17TRACK (https://www.17track.net/en) with tracking number.

(ii) by air freight: 5-15 days;
(iii) by land transportation, sea freight or postal parcel: 20-60 days;
