Q1: Are free samples available? A1: 1) Free sample is available for stock, and if no more than 2 pieces. 2) We charge 1.5 times unit price for a customized sample and return the sample cost back after order placed.
Q2: How soon could I get my sample? A2: Normally 5-7 working days after sample order placed, depending on the product design.
Q3: What's your MOQ? A3: 1) Normally 100pcs per color per design for our existing molds;
2) It could be negotiable for customized design according to your particular situations.
