DPP-80 automatic blistering packing machine for snacks

Machine performance characteristics:
1. Variable frequency speed regulation and stroke adjustment are in place with one key.
2. The stroke is adjustable, and the adjustment range is 30~110mm. Easy adjustment and accurate synchronization.
3. The new large transmission mechanism in China is adopted, and the main transmission shaft is driven by the chain row, which eliminates the error and noise of other gear transmission.
4. The matching plate is used for heating to minimize the heat energy loss and greatly reduce the required temperature of the heater.
Forming (upper and lower heating) → heat sealing (upper heating) → code printing and numbering → indentation (micro heating) → blanking cutter → forming and outputting finished products
