PM Porous Ceramic Proppant Ceramic Protectant
PM porous proppant is also known as gear protectant or AIG gear protectant according to its appearance. It is a new type of catalyst proppant and protective agent in petrochemical hydrogenation, hydrogen production and reforming plant.
PM proppant increased strength by 30% and voids by more than 45% compared to traditional proppant.It solves some defects encountered by general catalyst inert proppant and other proppant materials, such as the commonly used proppant has spherical, cylindrical, annular, etc., but the spherical and cylindrical carrier has high strength but low porosity, and the bed resistance is large. The annular carrier has high voidage but low strength, and it is easy to be damaged. At the same time, the product high temperature resistance, ceramic temperature resistance up to 1280℃, steel jade high temperature resistance up to 1650℃.
* Application:
PM proppant is mainly used in petroleum refining, environmental protection, coal chemical industry to replace inert alumina proppant, inert porcelain ball, hole porcelain ball all occasions. The details are as follows:
1. Fixed bed reactor for hydrogenation, hydrogen production, catalytic reforming, product refining and light hydrocarbon
processing in petroleum refining.
2. Ethylbenzene, styrene, polypropylene, acrylonitrile, PTA and other petrochemical industries, as well as synthetic ammonia, hydrogen peroxide and other inorganic chemicals.
