4.What is your sample delivery time?
Samples without logo and small quantity are free of charge, express cost will be under customer’s account.
We need you to pay for customized samples & express freight first, which will be refunded upon order confirmation.
Samples without logo or with Enlegend logo will be available in 3 days.
Customized samples takes around 7-10 days depending on detailed requirements.
5.What payment terms are workable?
