Step 2 Sawing sheet & skiving

Make the leather which shape is irregular to right sizes by cutting machine, and cut it to the Pre-set thickness by the skiving Machine.

Step 3 Stitching 

Stitching is importance for the case.we make it by handmade sewing machine instead of the computer to make  products more natural.

Step 4 Gluing 

Brush the prepared leather with glue then cover on the PC material  PC , Precise glue with the holes ,then dry for 3 hours.

Step 5  Paint or folding edge

Hand-made to keep high quality. Folding edge can not be instead by machine,that is a exquisite craftsmanship by rich experience workers.

Step 6 Emboss & adjusting

Emboss Logo or pattern by press machine.then check the finished products,adjust the details, packing.
