The smart Strength Training 4 in 1 Smart Body Builder includes both parts hardware(Dumbbell &Sensor Module) and software(APP).
The design integrate 4 kinds of equipment as one set. A pair of smart Bluetooth 4.0 handles attach to a push up stand, ab wheel, resistance band and jump rope to provide motion tracking for more than 42 unique exercises.
The technology is combined with Mobile APP(Move it) thought Bluetooth connecting.
There are over 100+ interactive training course in the APP, you can exercise with guidance.
The sensor fixes in the handle, and can track your action and give feedback to you in real-time when you are exercising. It will tell you do exercise correctly or not.
