1. Q: What is your major market?
A: 100% of our tubes export. We mainly sell to Europe and Latin America. We sell to the countries like Russia, Columbia, Morocco, Peru, Lithuania, United Kingdom, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Brazil, Dominica, Argentina, Venezuela, Ecuador, Panama, Uruguay, Paraguay, Guatemala, Canada, etc..
2. Q: What is your location?
A: We are located in Foshan City which is a famous stainless steel production base.
3. Q: What's the annual output?
A: Ossco produce more than 25000 tons stainless steel tubes in a year.
4. Q: What is your welding method?
A: All of our tubes are welded by TIG welding methods. Our tubes can get fully welding and smoonth inner welding, without blisters, leak welding or black line. All of our tube are good for tube bending.
5. Q: How do you control the quality during the polishing process?
A:
1)As for the mirror polish square/rectangular tube , we will polish it as least four times)
2)During the polishing processing, we set a special sanding wheel to polish the welding part.
3)To avoid scratches,after polishing,the tubes will be lay out on a steel crate then we could lift the whole steel crate instead of the tube.
4)On the other hand, we use the gunny bags to protect the tube's surface when the tube laying-out.
6. Q: How do you inspect the tubes?
A: The Quality inspectors inspect the tubes during each production processes from raw material,tube welding,polishing,packaging.
1) Before the production of each machine, we will have the first checked and record the data.
2). During the production, our inspector and engineer have been carefully moniting and we record the data every two hours.
7. Q: What's the type of your pipe?
A: They are all stainless steel welded pipe, not seamless.
The main shape is round pipe;square pipe;rectangle pipe;oval pipe and slotted pipe.
8. Q: What's the grade of tube you sell?
A: 430 409 409L 410 436 441 444 201 304 316 Stainless steel welded tubes.
9. Q: What is the pipe normal length ?
A: Normally we produce length 5.8 merters or 6 meters. 20ft container is fit for 5.8m tubes; 40ft container is fit for 6m tubes.
10. Q: Can you accept OEM or ODM?
A: Sure, we can make the logo on the pipe as your requirement.
The customized PP bag and fibre bag are available.
11.Q: What's the stainless steel pipe's MOQ?
A: Each size 1 ton, total order 6 tons.
12. Q: What's your payment terms?
A: 30% T/T in advance,70% T/T balance will be collected before delivery. We can also offer L/C at sight payment terms. 30%T/T in advance,70% by L/C at sight.
13. Q: What kinds of trade terms can you offer ?
A: We can offer EXW, FOB Foshan,CNF,CIF trade terms. Excpet EXW and FOB, we need to know your destination port name.
