Defensive driving involves intentionally driving in such a way as to reduce the risk of an accident. This program is designed to help drivers develop their defensive driving skills. Divided into four training modules, plus one bonus video: prepare, communicate, look, manage speed and space, and collision avoidance systems. After completing the defensive driving course, drivers will be able to: explain how being prepared impacts defensive driving, identify ways to communicate with and receive signals from other drivers, demonstrate how to look for hazards by scanning the road ahead and using their mirrors, and recognize how to effectively manage speed and space.
