     The structure of GYTA optical cable is to sleeve 250μm optical fiber into a loose tube made of high modulus material, and the loose tube is filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a metal reinforced core. The loose tube (and filler rope) is twisted around the central reinforcing core to form a compact and round cable core, and the gaps in the cable core are filled with water blocking fillers. Plastic coated aluminum tape (APL) is longitudinally wrapped and extruded into a polyethylene sheath to form a cable.

Characteristics:
1. The precise control of the excess length of the optical fiber ensures that the optical cable has good tensile properties and temperature characteristics.

2. The loose tube material itself has good water resistance and high strength. The tube is filled with special grease to provide critical protection for the optical fiber. Good pressure resistance and flexibility.

3. The PE sheath has good resistance to ultraviolet radiation and environmental stress cracking resistance.

4. Use the following measures to ensure the waterproof performance of the optical cable:

  a) Single steel wire center reinforcement;

  b) Fill the loose tube with special fiber paste;

  c) 100% cable core filling;

  d) GYTA double-sided plastic coated aluminum tape (APL) improves the moisture resistance of optical cables;

  e) Good water-blocking material prevents longitudinal water seepage of the optical cable.
