Bi-metal liner is one of the main products of our company, and is currently the most widely used, one of the biggest mud pump hydraulic parts. Our production bi-metal liner is a combination of hot forging high wear coat and the advantages of high chrome wear-resisting corrosion inner sleeve. The outer sleeve is made of quality carbon steel hot-pressing time forming, inner sleeve made from high chromium cast iron centrifugal casting. And the tensile strength of our sleeve is higher than 900000 psi, the hardness of inner sleeve after heat treatment is greater than HRC62, and can bear the mud pressure of 7000 psi, its surface smooth as a mirror, inner hole size tolerance strictly, the normal service life is up to 800 hours. We can produce F series, PZ , 3NB, T, TPK, UNB, UNBT, BRN, such as various types of cylinder liner.

We have 20 kinds of professional cylinder liner and mud pump testing equipment and testing platform, which can realize simultaneous testing of 5 pumps, 2,000 square meters of open outdoor assembly workshop, can assemble 20 sets of pump unit at the same time.

4. what are the brands can your mud pump interchanged with?

 Our tiger rig brand of cylinder liner can be interchanged with American brand such as EMSCO,Weatherford, NABORS,JR, KFI, SK, GOLDMAN, BOMCO, HONGHUA, KERUI, RG and All type of cylinder liner in the world. Before sign the contract, we will give u drawing to confirm the appearance size.

1. Please provide the original brand, model and drawing number of accessories of the equipment you are using. If you do not know the specific name of the accessories of the mud pump, you can provide the pictures as the supporting evidence, and we will transfer them to the technology department for verification.

2. We will reply within 1 hour after receiving your inquiry for mud pump accessories, and offer the next day.

3. Please provide office word format, non JPG pictures. We need to translate them into Chinese. If it is JPG format, the quotation time will be extended by 1-2 days.
