Q1.  Do you have a factory?
A: Yes, we are a professional wooden items factory and good at OEM/ODM wooden items production and exporting.

Q2.  Will you keep customer informed for order details after placing order ?
A: You'll get a free email proof to approve before it prints. Meanwhile, if there is any change during production,  after getting confirmation from client then proceed.

Q3.  How to ensure quality?
A:  We're a direct factory with a series of strict quality control systems.

       The third party inspection,intermediate inspection, finial inspection are all accepted.

Q4.  How can I get a sample?
A:

1. Just inform what you need, stock samples will be sent out within 1-2 days. Customized sample will be sent out within7-10 days.

2. Samples Delivery: Inform us your express account number or we can estimate carriage first if you haven't express account.

Q5.  How to delviery the products? 

        How about your delivery time?
A: Air or sea transportation are all available.

Delivery time based on your quantity. Usually 15-20days after we get all your confirmations of order.

Q6. What about your payment?

A: 30% deposit should be payed before the production,70% balance against B/L original copy.
