Our Scrap copper wires cable crusher and separator machine with unique and novel design, it is high efficiency, energy saving and safe. It form includes 3 separating blowers, 2 set of gatherer , feeding blower, , crusher, vibrating screen and electrical control system.

The vibrating screen and separating blower are controlled by transducer, which can adjust frequency and the blowing rate according to different conditions. The dust will go to dust gatherer through air flue.

                Process,


                The materials after crushing , the mixture                     directly fall into vibrating screen , and will                     go through separating blower, gathering                       blower and accessorial blower in turn. With                 screen box shock excitation, the sheath and                 core will separate, and get copper particles,                 plastic pellets and mixture from different                     outlet areas.
