A2: 1) If we have tock,1 piece will be providing,we have more than 1000 styles available stock;

      2) If custom your design,depends on your design details and your requirments,will be negotiatable.

Q3:What are your trading terms ?

A3: EXW,FOB, Ningbo Port or Shanghai Port,or follow customer's requests send to other port.

Q4: Do you providing free sample ?

A4: 1)If we have available stock, Free Sample will be providing,you pay only reasonable express cost;

      2)If customize your design,will need reasonable sample fee,but it will be refundable once place order.

Q5: How long you will need to make samples ?

A5: 1) If we have available stock,the samples will be send within 1 day;

      2) If custom design,will need 3-15days.

Q6:How long you will need to finish bulk production ?

A6: 1) Less than 1000pcs,5-10days will be need;

      2) More than 1000pcs,10-30days in normal time;

      3) Container:30-100days,depends on specific quantity of your order.

Q7:Can we make our logo on the products ? And what ways you have to make the logo ?

A7: 1)Yes we can make your logo according your products;

      2) We can providing engraved logo,embossed logo,laser logo,print logo,etc.

Q8:How about your payment terms ?

A8: 1) For sample order or small order,delivery time will be very short,so 100% deposit will be need;

      2) For big order,30% deposit+70%balance or 50% deposit+50% balance,can be negotiatable.

Q9: How do you make sure product quality ?

A9: We will confirm all details with you before make samples,then confirm the correct  sample,packing,then start to make production.During produce production,we will provide some factory photos and bulk products photos for you check if any problems for every procedure.
