Solar Powered Aviation obstruction light
Medium intensity Type B (Lithium battery)
● The base is formed by precision die-casting mould, with high dimensional accuracy, good thermal conductivity, signal yellow of electrostatic powder spraying on the surface, anti-vibration and anti-corrosion.
●The lens is made of PC material that Bayer optical grade and UV-resistant, with a light transmission of more than 90% and a flame retardant grade of UL94V-2. It has good toughness, crack resistance,impact resistance, no discoloration and yellowing.
● The light source is cold LED light source with high efficiency, low power consumption, long life and high brightness to ensure that the light color and beam distribution meet the standard requirements.
● The reflector is injection-molded with special ABS material for electroplating. It has stable size, high strength, high temperature resistance up to 110 °C, strong adhesion of vacuum coating, uniform coating and light reflectivity of over 93%.
● The sealing ring is molded by silica gel, with high elasticity, high and low temperature resistance, wear resistance, anti-aging and anti-deformation. The design of three-line sealing structure and sufficient compression amount avoid the influence of processing and assembly tolerance on sealing effect, and maintain IP67 waterproof grade for a long time.
● The optical sensor uses light control that conforms to the natural light spectrum curve which can quickly and accurately detect changes in the surrounding environment and adjust the working state of the Aviation Obstruction Light.
