·1. Physical and chemical properties:

     1.5 Solubility: Dissolve in benzene, toluene, ether and acetone. Dissolve slightly in ethanol. Insoluble in water.

 

     1.6 Boiling point: 220-225℃, 0.5mmHg

 

     1.7 Stability and reactivity: Flammable. When exposed to air or sunlight, the product will be oxidized and change its color. When contacted with hot dilute hydrochloric acid, it becomes green.

·3. Application: It can be used as the antioxidant to prolong the storage shelf life of the solid propellant. It has also been used for those natural, styrene-butadiene, acrylonitrile-butadiene, cis-butadiene, butyl, hydroxyl termindated polybutadienen, polyisoprene rubber or latex to possess performances, such as, good flexible and crack resistance, enhancing the tensile stress, strengthening the defending function to hot and oxygen, ozone and some harmful metals like copper, manganese. It has no influence on vulcanization of those rubbers. It can resolve aging problem existing in the deep-color rubber products while antioxidant H is used together with antioxidant D. Moreover, it can also be used as the hot and oxygen stabilizer for those engineering plastics, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide, polyformaldehyde and etc to improve their climate-resisting performance. The suggested dosage is 0.2-0.3%.

·4. Safety instructions: Toxic. Rubber gloves, respirator and eye protection must be used during operationsin case of skin and eyes contact.

·5. Packing: Woven bag lined with plastic bag, net weight 20 kg/bag.

·6. Storage: Stored in a cool, ventilated place. The shelf life is 12 months after manufacturing date. It is still available if he retest results of the properties are qualified after expired date.
