Main Features
The aluminum foil rolling mill adjusts the roll gap and work roll with hydraulic pressure. It is equipped with a strong and good rolling oil system, which can control the roll type freely. With the automatic control and display system of thickness and plate shape, the mill can produce the aluminum foil with strict thickness tolerance and good plate shape . It can adjust and maintain tension sensitively .
Production Process
1.The waste aluminum and pure aluminum ingots are melted into aluminum water by melting furnace. .
2.Aluminum water is rolled directly into aluminum sheets through aluminum casting rolling mill. . Then the aluminum plate is rolled to 0.06 mm by aluminum cold rolling mill machine
3.The aluminum foil with 0.06mm aluminum plate become 0.1- - 0.06mm after rolling 3 times by aluminum foil rolling mill.
