The medical surgical mask pressure difference tester is used to detect the pressure difference of surgical masks. The equipment is equipped with software, which can display the pressure curve in real time, output the test report, and save the test data.

 

Equipment features:

1. The equipment is equipped with a pump to simulate artificial respiration.

2. The detector is equipped with a positive pressure sensor, which is used to collect the test data pressure and reflect it into the computer software.

3. The pressure has stepless adjustable function, and the technical parameters such as holding pressure and holding time can be set.

4. The instrument is composed of a breathable air source with adjustable flow rate, a human head model specified by the standard, an inspiratory and expiratory piping system, and a respiratory resistance measurement system.

5. The use of special pneumatic circuit conversion elements ensures that the expiratory and inspiratory two-casing system can be easily and quickly replaced.

6. Digital display of breathing resistance, with zero point correction, accuracy correction and over-range alarm function.

7. Standard flow meter is adopted, and the flow control accuracy is high.

8. The computer control and acquisition system realizes the control of pressure, breathing frequency control and real-time detection and output of breathing resistance test data.
