Siemens motor

Filter cartridge filter

Electronic control system

The control panel is simple and generous, and can easily realize remote control and linkage control.
Drawer dust box
The dust box adopts a drawer structure. When the dust is full, the door panel is opened, and the dust box can be pulled out to clean the dust. After the dust box is sent, the dust box can be fed. Convenient, fast and practical.
Industrial skid casters
Industrial mobile casters are standard accessories for this unit. The wheels are made of top-grade polyurethane (PU), the brackets are made of 2.5mm pickling plates to increase the ribs, and the 4-inch casters can carry 150kg individually. The wheel surface is designed with grain to enhance the anti-slip performance.
Customized suction port, meet you need
The pneumatic pulse backflushing system consists of a cylinder, an electromagnetic pulse valve, a PLC controller, and compressed air. One end of the pulse valve is connected to the compressed air storage cylinder, and the other end is connected to the injection pipe. An exhaust valve is mounted on the bonnet, and the exhaust valve is controlled by a pulse controller.
When the pulse controller does not send a signal, the pulse solenoid valve starts to work. Each time the spray cleaning is completed at 0.1~0.3S, the high pressure air sprayed at this moment has a good cleaning effect. The air enters the filter cartridge at a high flow rate, causing the filter cartridge to expand rapidly, causing a shock vibration, so that the dust attached to the filter cartridge is shaken off, and the dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter material is shaken to the dust collecting bucket under the action of the airflow. .
