Manufacturing Technique
Single stringer staircase- trial assembly
We will do the trial assembly when all parts of the staircase are ready, If there is any problem during the trial installation, we will modify it immediately in our factory, this way we can guarantee that there will be no problems with the installation when you receive the goods.
Optional wooden tread color
Just need to tell us which number is your favorite color. You can also show us the other colors you like, we can match the color of your floor.
Optional metal part color
The stringers and the tread supports, and the columns are metal parts, usually client prefer black, white and grey, you can also show us the other colors you like.

2. Quotation
After determining the measurements and the materials, we will give you the quotation with detailed description by email. If you want us to arrange the shipping, we can also give you the reference freight, we can do EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP and other price terms.
3. Shop drawings for confirmation
After you placed the order we will email you the formal shop drawings for your confirmation, we will start to manufacture when you confirmed everything is exactly what you want. During the production process, we will give you regular feedback on the production process and take photos and videos of the staircases for you, when all parts of the staircase are ready, we will do the trail assembly to make sure everything is ok, and you will see it, too.
4. After-sales service
After you receive the goods, we will provide you online installation instructions.
