1. Make sure the precision of machine guide and axis.
2. The size of inner and outer flanges size must be same, clean and flat.
3. Clean the saw blade before using, make sure the touching side has no rust and dirt.
4. Check the running direction is right, and make sure the fixing is tight enough.
5. Re-sharpen the blade in time, Do not use it immoderately. Do not change cutting angle when reparpening.
6. Clean the body and tip before re-sharpening.
7. Choosing the right grinding wheel when re-sharpening (grain and hardness). Make sure the sharpness and prevent the tips from chipping, use the cooling liquid.
8. When enlarging the bore, do not enlarge more than 20mm. Check the end jump to prevent the blade from off-center and then lower the quality. Do not enlarge the bore size on multi-rip saw.
9. Please use the CNC grinding machine to re-sharpening the blade, do not use hand operation to prevent accident.
