Use Steps

1. Restore the “energy adjustment” knob to the minimum before use (rotate to the left to the end).

 

2. Keep your feet stick onto the foot plate (as shown in Figure2), press the “On/Off”button to turn on the power.

 

3. Set the conditioning time duration. It indicates increasing the time duration by pressing the button . And it indicates decreasing the time duration by pressing the button . The time will automatically increase or decrease cumulatively by long pressing the two keys. When the time is set, it gives a “beep” sound after pressing the “start” button. After that, the countdown starts and the device starts working (Note: If the strength knob is not restored to the minimum, the device will not start normally.).

 

4. Adjust the “energy adjustment” knob to adjust the energy strength. The user should adjust the device according to his/her physical status and acceptance degree. It is better to keep the energy strength below the red line for the initial use.

5. Please restore the energy adjustment knob to the minimum and turn off the “On/Offbutton after use.
