1.How to get the quotation?
Please provide us further details such as product description, size, color, shape, cutting, quantity, quality

2.How to test the products?
Samples will be provided to you for test.
If the idea is rough design, preliminary sketch or similar product picture will be provided for your
reference.
If the idea is exact design, sample will be provided after received your sample payment.
3.How long is the delivery time for mass production?
Subject to the specification and quantity you order, generally speaking, the goods will be sent out
within 3 days with stock or it will be sent out in about 1 week without stock.
4.Why is it different or discrepancy between pictures or video and material object?
It should be allowed to exist a slight different or discrepancy in photograph or video due to the impact
of camera settings, light source and background, ect.

If there is any quality issue, the stones you bought can be return back to us, however the shipping cost
