Color Pigments
We opted to use only approved coloring agents and pigments cited in most pharmacopoeias and other official regulations. Colorants are used as per specific requirements of Customers. We are providing our customers exact color shades as per their customized requirement. The color shade is consistent in all the batches of production.

Printing
Clear, easy-to-read text certainly assists all types of people correctly identify each capsule. That is why our HPMC hard capsules should be clearly printed in one or two colors with useful information like a logo, production name, company or even dosage details.

Advanced Printing Machines are equipped to print perfectly on capsules as per customized requirements. Several varieties like Linear Printing and Circular Printingcan be chosen.

How to choose the size of capsules?

Please review the sheet of the weights of substances with different density filled into capsules as below:

What is the package?

In order to protect capsules from variations in surrounding temperature and humidity, capsules are first packed in Poly-Bags, then these bags are put into tin-foil bag. Finally put into 5-ply corrugated box, lined with Styrofoam on all the six inner sides of the box. The packing material used for capsules packaging have adequate mechanical sturdiness to withstand rough handling and also provides a good moisture barrier and heat insulation. It also protects capsules against any possible contamination.

Each box is assigned a number for identification. A product label containing various packing details such as size, colour, and batch no, weight, quantity & consignee etc. is also pasted on it.

 

How to store the empty capsules?

Once CARMA Capsules are sealed and packed, they should be stored in controlled condition of temperature between 15º C to 25º C and relative humidity between 35% and 65%. Storage in conditions beyond the recommended temperature and relative humidity will results in deformation of capsules and consequent poor performance.

Capsule should be kept away from any direct source of heat and sunlight and sudden transfer of capsules from high temperature to low temperature zone should also be avoided.
