Description
XZX-Epoxy Resin is a two-component transparent epoxy resin adhesive,it could solidified at normal temperature, and below characteristics: low mixing viscosity, good defoaming and high transparency; Mix color with color essence and mixing homogeneity. It can be used for a long time at room temperature and can be cured quickly at medium temperature. Excellent mechanical properties and low shrinkage after curing; The advantages of curing material include good light transmittance.
Advantages :
1. A glue and B glue is very transparent, made of pure basic resin. Adhesion is very good.
2. No ripple, bright surface, odorless, environmentally friendly, non-toxic, waterproof, etc.
3. If you want different colors of desk, you can add different color pigment to get colorful desk
4. Good UV and yellowing resistance, self-leveling, no bubbles, high brightness.
5. If the desk is dirty, it is easy to clean and repair
6. The glued desk can be cured at room temperature or under heat
7. Can automatic antifoaming, Can automatic leveling
8. After dry ,it is with high hardness as stones, you can polish it

Usage
● proportion: A: B = 3:1 (weight ratio) A: B = 2.5:1 (volume ratio)
● usable time: 25℃×30-40 min (100g mixture)
● curing conditions: 80℃×1-1.5 hours (natural drying at 25℃ for 8-12 hours)
● the product surface needs to be kept dry and clean; Take the amount according to the ratio and weigh it accurately. Please remember that the ratio is the weight ratio rather than the volume ratio.
● after stirring evenly, please put it into the vacuum pump and pump it out.After emptying, please timely pour the glue and try to use up the mixed glue within the available time
● if it is baked, basic curing will be completed after 3 hours. Take the product out of the oven and cool it naturally.
