Q1: What is the machine warranty?
A1: We provide 2 years warranty for whole machine.During the two-year warranty, in case any problem for the machine, we will provide the parts free of charge (except for artificial damage)by express and the freight cost is on us.Out of the warranty period,if the machine broken down, also you can call us service center or contact your sale person-in-charge. we will solve the problem within 8 hours.
Q2: How to operate and set up parameter of the machine?
A2: The operation manual book and video will be sent you with the machine. if you still can't operate the machine that our engineers will connect you by Whatsapp or Skype to train you. Most of our customers learned the machine within 3 days.
Q3: What is the software system?
A3: For fiber laser marking machine industry using EZCad software system,it can support image format,bmp,jpg,gif,tga,png tif, also the vector format sopport (Ai,Dxf,Dst,Plt),if you would like to marker special image or vector that you can using CorelDRAW to design,then save it the PLT format.Next step,open the EZCad software to import your PLT format design,fill in line distance for the vector format file.Final you can mark it easy.
Q4: Is this machine has quickly-wear part?
A4: Fiber laser marking machine lifetime more than 100,000 hours, just keep the better working enviroment.There is no any part need to change except the part will be broken down.
Q5: What is your delivery time?
A5: Once we have receievd the customer 50% deposit,the machine will be installed within 3 working days,except special request.All machines have to test 48 hours before ship.It ensure the machine performance and stablility.
Q6: What is brand fiber laser source you can offer?
A6: Raycus brand fiber laser source with SINO galvo head is a standard configuration in our factory,If you would like another brand fiber laser sorce that send us your exact requirement.We will try to best,such as ,(IPG,MAX ,JPT and so on).As we know,fiber laser source and galvo head are core for whole fiber laser marking machine.So that fiber laser source is most important.
Q7: Is this machine can mark on plastic or non-metal?
A7: Fiber laser marking machine can mark or engrave on metal,such as stainless steel,carbon steel,gold,silver and so on.Also It can mark ABS,PET and lead sealing.but for another plastic material can not work.
Q8: What’s consumables of laser marking machine?
A8: It does not have consumable. It’s very economical and cost effective.
Q9:What’s package, will it protect the products?
A9: We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wooden cases free of fumigation. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by waterproof plastic film.
Q10: What is your terms of payment?
A10: Payment<=5000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=10000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
