Q1: What kind of payment terms are accepted?
A: TT 30% deposit, 70% balance payment before shipment. 

Q2: What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR 

Q3: How about your delivery date?
A: Depends on various products, it can be from 15 days to 40 days. exact delivery time will be
specified in performa invoice once order is confirmed. 

Q4: Are items on the website ready to deliver after order is placed?
A: Most of the items are needed to be made once order is confirmed. Stock items may be
available due to different seasons, please contact our staff for more detail information. 

Q5: What is your samples policy?
A: For our iron products, the samples fee is three times our quoted price, we donot bear the
other additional charges.
For our PVC products, we can offer the samples free. But for customers design which need
open new mould, customer will pay the mould fee, and we will refund the mould fee when
the amount over 80000usd$. 

Q6: Can you make product according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings, we can build the mould and fixtures
