Sylic®Anti back staining agent for textile chemicals

 

It exclusive use for cleansing and back dying of denim garments after stone washing, it apply to back dying of

chemical fiber, denim, twill cloth, knitting and blends garments. It can prevent the dye spot and Stain on the white,

it has good effect to remove flooding and sourcing effect. It can be used in dying factory and washing factory; it

can improve washing fastness and color brightness.

Solubility: Easily dissolved in warm water or heat water to 60°C-70°C.

 

Feature

1. It can be as raw material for resist agent, resist detergent agent, resist powder.

2. Good compounding effect, it can use together with enzyme powder and enzyme liquid

3. It is environmental products, without APEO and can biodegradable

4. It can Improve enzyme activity above 15%, and improve enzyme washing effect, increase fabric softness.

5. In the desizing process, it have good soaping and anti –stain  effect especially for cotton, polyester, blends.

6. It imparts fabric better color brightness and cleansing.

7. Durable dye resistant, it can keep good dye resistant effect when enzyme washing for 60mins.

 

Use Method and Dosage

Dissolving in 70-80°Cwater, time 20 -30mins, dosage 0.8-2% (O.W.F)

 

Dispensing Method

Use 50% of the quantitative water  heat up to 60 °C, 70 °Cin a blender, then pour quantitative SP-105, 20-30 minutes

after being completely dissolved, then stir in the remaining 50% cold water to cool for 5 minutes, cooling the standby.

Storage: Can be stored for 6 months under dry, ventilated and temperature 30 °Cconditions.
